What is Ergo’s take on Project Leadership?
Projects are central to nearly every business or organisation. Successful leadership and management of a project can significantly contribute to the overall success of that organisation. Leadership of a project is more of an art than a science. This course will move beyond teaching theoretical concepts and will provide a canvas for immediate application within current projects. The emphasis will be on developing effective skills as a Project Leader; leading people rather than simply managing resources. Therefore in addition to investigating the various phases of a project lifecycle, attention will also be given to effective communication and team motivation to achieve excellence in project outcomes.
