Thanks for reminding me that change has 
not necessarily to come from the promoted 
leader - anyone can be a leader taking the 
lead, doing the first step, walking into the 
fog of future reality.

It sounds easy and yet feels weird with all 
the eyes of other watching you while walking
ahead. Eventually they see the benefit and 
follow suit going with you.

Giving the true choice of deciding what and
how to do something -still guiding towards
the vision- is what true leaders are capable
of.
